Philip Snow

Mr. Philip Snow is Chief Executive Officer at FactSet since 2015. Prior to that, he held the title of President. He began his career at FactSet in 1996 and spent two years establishing and growing the company’s presence in the Asia Pacific region based in both Tokyo and Sydney. Mr. Snow then held various leadership roles within Global Content Sales & Americas Sales. He earned a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Snow is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace and has committed FactSet to the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™.

Kate Stepp

Ms. Kate Stepp is Chief Technology Officer at FactSet. In this role, she leads FactSet’s technology organization and oversees its digital transformation strategy. She joined FactSet in 2008 and previously served as Senior Director of Product Management within FactSet’s Research and Advisory workflow solutions business. Prior to that role, she was Senior Director of Engineering within FactSet’s Research workflow solutions business. Ms. Stepp earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Linda Huber

Ms. Linda S. Huber is the Chief Financial Officer at FactSet. In this role, she leads FactSet’s global finance organization and oversees all financial functions that include accounting, corporate development, treasury, tax, investor and media relations, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). She brings 30+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years as a public company CFO. Prior to joining FactSet, Ms. Huber served as CFO of MSCI Inc., where she was responsible for the company’s global finance activities such as controllership, FP&A, tax, treasury, investor relations, and enterprise risk management; she also acted as Executive Vice President and CFO of Moody’s Corporation from May 2005 to June 2018. Ms. Huber held the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army and earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a B.S. degree in business and economics from Lehigh University, and currently sits on the board of directors of the Bank of Montreal.

Helen Shan

Ms. Helen Shan is Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer at FactSet. In this role, she is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing global sales, client solutions and marketing. Previously, she was at Marsh and McLennan Companies where she served as its Treasurer and also as the Chief Financial Officer for Mercer. Prior to those positions, she was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Managing Director, Diversified Industries at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc., among other roles. Ms. Shan earned an MBA from Johnson at Cornell University and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and School of Applied Science and Engineering. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors of EPAM Systems, Inc., a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services and of Cornell University Johnson School Advisory Council.

Rachel R. Stern

Ms. Rachel Stern is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Global Head of Strategic Resources, and Corporate Secretary at FactSet. Ms. Stern joined FactSet in January 2001 as General Counsel. In addition to her current role in the Legal Department, she is also responsible for Compliance, Facilities Management and Real Estate Planning, and the administration of offices in Hyderabad, Manila, and Riga. She is admitted to practice in New York, Washington D.C., and as House Counsel in Connecticut. Ms. Stern earned a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University, a Master of Arts from the University of London, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Daniel Viens

Mr. Daniel Viens is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at FactSet. He joined FactSet in 1998, and in his current role, his responsibilities include human capital management, workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, total rewards, HR analytics, and shared services, as well as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior, Mr. Viens was the Director of Human Resources for First Data Solutions and Donnelley Marketing. He has significant global experience leading all functions of Human Resources. Mr. Viens graduated from Boston University and earned a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Robert Robie

Mr. Robert Robie is Executive Vice President and Global Director of Analytics & Trading Solutions at FactSet. He joined FactSet in 2000 and has held several key positions across Analytics leading up to his present-day position. In his current role, he oversees strategy, research, development, and engineering for Analytics and Trading platforms. The Analytics & Trading Solutions business unit consists of seven business lines that include Trading, Core Portfolio Analytics, Performance & Reporting, Quant & Risk, Portfolio Services, Regulatory, and Indexing. These seven business lines represent over 35 products covering the workflow needs for the front, middle, and back-office professionals. Prior, Mr. Robie was Director of Global Fixed Income leading sales, product, and support efforts for FactSet’s fixed-income solutions, as well as working at BTN Partners from 2004 through 2005 in their quantitative portfolio management and performance division, before returning to continue his career with FactSet. Mr. Robie earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Fine Arts from Beloit College.

Kristina W. Karnovsky

Ms. Kristina Karnovsky is Executive Vice President, Chief Product Officer at FactSet. In this role, she works across the entire product portfolio to deliver a differentiated advantage for clients and support their success. Ms. Karnovsky leverages her understanding of clients’ needs across FactSet’s sales regions and firm types while expediting the go-to-market product strategy. She began her FactSet career in 2001 as a Consultant and spent over a decade building FactSet’s sell-side business in various Sales leadership roles. Ms. Karnovsky earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton.

Goran Skoko

Mr. Goran Skoko is Executive Vice President, Managing Director EMEA and Asia Pacific and Head of Research and Advisory Solutions at FactSet. In this role, he is responsible for providing direction to address the product and content needs for EMEA and Asia Pacific clients while also focusing on increased deployment and building community within the wealth management space. He joined FactSet in 2004 as a Senior Product developer of Real-Time products where he led the successful transformation of FactSet's real-time offering to a global solution capable of addressing the needs of our clients. Mr. Skoko’s key accomplishments at FactSet include the integration of multiple standalone products into FactSet workstation, development of the wealth segment strategy, and the acquisition of StreetAccount and Interactive Data Managed Solutions. Prior to that, he spent 16 years in various engineering and product management roles at Thomson Financial. Mr. Skoko earned his B.S. in Physics and Computer Science from Fordham University.

Jonathan Reeve

Mr. Jonathan Reeve is Executive Vice President and Head of Content Technology Solutions at FactSet. In this role, he oversees and leads the development of FactSet’s off-platform products, including financial data solutions, application technologies, and the delivery of FactSet proprietary and third-party content over our data feeds, API’s, Open FactSet Marketplace, and cloud-delivery solutions. Mr. Reeve joined FactSet in April 2020 from Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) where he led the Connectivity, Feeds, and Desktop Businesses. Prior to ICE, he held various positions at S&P Global, including Chief Data Officer and Head of Product & Content for the S&P Market Intelligence Division. Mr. Reeve earned a B.A. in Economics from Concordia University in Montreal.

Christopher Ellis

Mr. Chris Ellis is Senior Vice President, Head of Strategic Initiatives at FactSet. In this role, he collaborates with our Strategic Business Units on a range of initiatives to help FactSet better address the needs of our clients, most specifically asset managers and asset owners. Mr. Ellis joined FactSet in 1994 in Client Solutions. His career path since then has included successfully defining and expanding the Portfolio Manager Workstation Sales business unit; ultimately becoming its Vice President before assuming the position of Director of Portfolio Analytics. He subsequently led the development team for FactSet’s core workstation. Prior to his current role, he led the business development function at FactSet through a series of successful acquisitions and strategic partnerships. Mr. Ellis is a graduate of Stanford University and a CFA charterholder.

John Costigan

Mr. John Costigan is Chief Content Officer at FactSet. In this role, he defines FactSet’s enterprise-wide Content Strategy and leads Content Development from planning through production. This includes Content’s Digital Transformation using modern techniques and technology to drive timeliness, accuracy, coverage, consistency and usability across all FactSet Content assets. He joined the company in September 2007. Prior to FactSet, he was Vice President, Product Management at Thomson Financial, and spent 11 years in a variety of Product Management roles at First Call, Autex, ILX, and Tradeweb. Mr. Costigan earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Michael's College.

Kendra Brown

Ms. Kendra Brown is Senior Vice President, Investor Relations at FactSet, where she manages the communication of FactSet’s strategy and financial information between the firm and its investors, shareholders, and the broader investment community. Prior to this role, Ms. Brown was Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where she oversaw strategic business initiatives, drove internal procedural and process improvement, and facilitated internal and external executive engagement. Ms. Brown also worked in Product Development, most recently as a Director and began her FactSet career in 1999 as a Consultant for sell-side clients. Ms. Brown earned a B.S. in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
